The 22-year-old disgraced singer, who was charged with disorderly intoxication, resisting arrest and violating conditions of her parole, is currently in the infirmary of the Falkenburg Road Jail on a “pregnancy diet.” Her unborn child was allegedly conceived with a “rapper.”Local officials claim that when Sierra was arrested earlier this month, she begged police officers not to arrest her in return for oral sex.

Jessica Sierra’s sex tape is set to be released by Vivid Entertainment. Vivid has released several celebrity sex tapes in the past including that of Pamela Anderson and Tommy Lee.
The American Idol finalist’s tape, Jessica Sierra Hardcore, will be released January 30, 2008. The co-chairmen of Vivid described the DVD as “the most explicit sex we’ve ever seen in a celebrity video…Jessica clearly had more talent than just singing.”
